Credit is a maiden & novice campdraft winner, has won multiple open challenges, and is a futurity, led, and hack winner. He is a true heritage stock type, fast with early speed, athletic with correct movement, and from a solid thoroughbred style with a good length of correctly shaped rein, great bone, and good feet.

Credit’s progeny have proven to be sensible, athletic and trainable. They have won and placed in campdrafts & are successful in the futurity, challenge, State, National and Royal shows, polocrosse, dressage, and eventing.

Pedigree

ADIOS REFLECT – IS HSH was by ABDUL – IS HSH (1973 Warwick Gold Cup winner) and out of BARONA AMY – FM HSH (see ASHS article), a combination that often proved successful. Reflect was an open campdraft horse and won the ABCRA National Finals Novice Campdraft. Reflect is a full brother to BARONA SELECT – HSH, an outstanding mare who won over 200 campdrafts, and is the granddam of ADIOS FLO JO – HSH (2004 Canning Downs Campdraft winner and the 2005 ABCRA Open Horse of the Year). Reflect’s full brother BARONA DIRECT – HSH ran second in the 1985 Canning Downs campdraft and is the sire of SHAMROCK NADIA – HSH (winner of the 1993 Warwick Gold Cup campdraft and the Canning Downs Campdraft). Another full brother to Reflect, BARONA HORNET – HSH, won 18 drafts, including 10 opens. 

KIRKBYS STUD SHADOW – HSH is a novice campdraft winning mare and from one of the Kirkbys Stud strongest dam lines. Shadow is a full sister to KIRKBYS STUD CONNIE – HSH (open campdraft winner) and KIRKBYS STUD COMET – HSH (placed in the 2012 Paradice Lagoons Open Campdraft).

Shadow’s dam, KIRKBYS STUD COLLEEN – HSH, won numerous open campdrafts and was a maternal sister to KIRKBYS STUD EPAULET – IM HSH, which makes Shadow is a 7/8th blood sibling to the highly successful KIRKBYS STUD OFFICER – IS HSH; the only difference is the Elliotts Creek Cadet cross has been diluted by one extra cross of a draft-winning Abbey mare.
